Stephan Alessi is a New York-based Photographer, DoP, and Director whose clients include Nike, Reebok, Maybelline, Clinique, Lancôme, Bobbi Brown, Aveda, Coach, Carolina Herrera, Macy’s, Revlon and many others.

Born in Italy and raised in New York City, Stephan’s work is informed by both classic European beauty and modern urban style. He brings a youthful energy and freshness to everything he shoots. In addition to his commercial work, Stephan’s images have appeared in Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue Mexico, Vogue Russia, German Vogue, Vogue China, Esquire, British GQ, and Man About Town, among other American and international publications.

Stephan has collaborated with numerous celebrities, including Lupita Nyong’o, Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Julia Roberts, Sarah Jessica Parker, Eva Mendes, Jennifer Hudson, Charlize Theron, Olivia Palermo, Miranda Kerr, Alden Ehrenreich, and Lil Yachty, as well as top models such as Lily Aldridge, Elsa Hosk, Liu Wen, and Adriana Lima.

In his free time, Stephan channels his passion for directing into numerous personal projects, including nonprofit and documentary-style work around the world. He is the proud papa of a rescue dog named Dash and a surprisingly blonde son, Nico.
